Lindsay Lohan’s Assistant WILL Be Questioned For Witness Tampering!

Lindsay Lohan‘s assistant, Gavin Doyle, will be questioned today about allegations of witness tampering by LiLo’s attorney, Mark Heller, EVEN THOUGH he already publicly called BULL SHIZ.
…that is if he decides to show up to his meeting with LA City attorney, Terry White!!!
Gavin already blew off a meeting with the city attorney last week regarding accusations that Mark wanted Gavin to say the PCH crash was HIS fault.
A source explained:
“The prosecutor is looking into allegations that Lohan’s attorney, Mark Heller, wanted Gavin to say that the car accident last summer, in which Lindsay was behind the wheel, was actually his fault. Heller allegedly told Gavin to say that photographers were chasing the duo en route to the Liz & Dick set, and he grabbed the steering wheel, causing her to crash into the cement truck driver. White is taking this very seriously. Heller and Doyle allegedly had the conversation in New York, and White will be turning over his findings to the New York State Bar Association, and other law enforcement, if necessary.”
That would be one CRAZY scenario if Gavin had even met Mark before court, but legal matters are still to be taken VERY seriously.
We don’t think it would be a smart move to continue to mess with the head honcho of the LA law, Gavin.
Just show up so you can clear your name and Mark’s and so Linds can party go to rehab in peace!

Lindsay Lohan’s Ex-Assistant Addresses Witness Tampering Claims!!

We are VERY curious indeed…
DID Lindsay Lohan‘s lawyer Mark Heller try to get her ex-assistant Gavin Doyle to LIE under oath, thus committing the crime of tampering with a witness?!?!
Well, according to GAVIN HIMSELF, these rumors are complete BULL POOP!
Lilo’s former helper — who was allegedly FIRED in a very rude manner right after Lindsay’s high profile club “brawl” — recently stated:
“I had no idea where all that came from. That never happened. [Heller] never came to me. I never met Mark Heller until Monday in court.
I heard that [Lindsay's father] Michael was saying we met in New York, and that all came out of the blue. He never spoke to me.”
Well, good to know!
And even though Gavin has yet to actually meet with the DA to answer questions regarding Lindsay’s lying-to-cops case, when he does, he apparantly maintains that he’s only going to tell the TRUTH and nothing but the truth.
Gavin expressed:
“There’s nothing more to it than I’m just going to say no. I’m not going to lie. Lindsay and I have been through a lot. I know how this stuff goes.”
If you recall, Mr. Doyle was the one riding shotgun with Lindz the day she smashed into an 18-wheeler on the PCH, and it was HIM that Lindsay claimed was driving…
So he’s kinda the reason she’s had to deal with this lying-to-cops case in the first place!
Well, that and the fact that she LIED to cops LOLz!

Lindsay Lohan might’ve gotten off light with 90 days of lock-down rehab, but the dramz is far from over!
In fact, her courtroom captain Mark Heller could find himself in heaps of trouble!
Lindz’s ex-assistant Gavin Doyle is reportedly telling everyone with ears that Mark asked him into LIE UNDER OATH in the courtroom on Lindsay’s behalf!
Her legal eagle told him to tell a tall tale perjure himself to the judge and pretend like he was the one driving her Porsche last summer on the PCH!
Whoa! Witness tampering is a super serious allegation; Santa Monica police and the D.A.’s office plan to question Gavin tomorrow!
We aren’t sure if something like this could get Mark disbarred in California, but, if his shenanigans end up getting Lindz in additional trouble, we’re pretty positive he’ll be disbarred from LiLo’s heart!
