American Idol Results Cause Middle-Aged Couple To Erupt Into A Knife Fight! SERIOUSLY!

We knew the music industry was cut-throat, but this is craaaaay!
A middle-aged rural Pennsylvania couple had a difference of opinion over a crucial episode of American Idol earlier this month, and things quickly got out of control!!
Fifty-seven-year-old Gregory Stambaugh and his 48-year-old wife Karen Elaine Harrelson were so passionately split about Candice Glover vs. Kree Harrison that they broke out the kitchen cutlery and STABBED each other!
They were, of course, both heavily intoxicated (see the wifey’s Coors Light t-shirt above.)
Thankfully, neither one of the AI super-fans was critically injured in the scrum. It’s still unclear who pricked who first, but both parties were arrested on assault charges.
Yikes!! Folks need to simmer down!!
Even the show’s contestants aren’t this invested in the outcome!
We shudder to think what will happen if these two make bail in time for the X Factor premiere!

Suspicious Wire-Riddled Packages Cause Florida Strip Mall To Evacuate

During the hours of Tuesday morning, several suspicious packages described as having “wires coming out” forced an evacuation for Florida’s Waterford Lakes Town Center.
Alert after the Boston bombing, nearby businesses took cover as well, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
Fortunately, each of the four packages were deemed safe by a bomb squad investigation. Reportedly, two of them even turned out to be nothing but bags of tools!
The official Twitter account for the sheriff’s department kept everyone in the loop, saying:
#breaking #OCSO #media #suspicious. Per Bomb Squad: ALL 4 devices rendered safe. #waterford lakes will reopen shortly.

Among the businesses evacuated, officials report that a children’s day care led their little ones to local movie theater, where parents were urged to pick them up.
Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings held a briefing shortly after where he reassured citizens that none of the suspicious packages were threatening to the community.
All of the evacuations have been lifted and the roads have been re-opened.
Thankfully NOTHING horrendous came from this ordeal, but the growing cloud of fear is unsettling. We wish peace could re-occupy the hearts and minds of the world, but we admit it’s easier said than done in these times.
Better safe than sorry… right??

Sorry, it’s just… KARMA is sometimes the best kind of BITCH!
So Lindsay Lohan‘s totally competent lawyer Mark Heller might have made a MAJOR booboo during Monday’s court hearing that could actually land the troubled starlet in jail instead of the previously agreed upon “locked” rehab facillity…
Because as it turns out, recent research shows “locked” treatment centers DO NOT EXIST in New York, and NY is the state where Lindsay has chosen to serve her 90 days of confinement.
The prosecution apparently only accepted the last minute plea deal in the first place because they made the mistake of assuming that Mark Heller knew what he was talking about (HA).
But no worries, cause Lindsay’s deal doesn’t actually stipulate that she must serve her 90 days in locked REHAB, it just states she must be kept in CUSTODY for 90 days…
So if Lindsay’s team can’t find a sufficient “locked” rehab center, then it’s reportedly straight off to jail for that ass!
Which is probably a good thing, seeing as Lindsay doesn’t even believe she needs treatment for anything ANYWAY.
